Before You Withdraw:

Make sure you meet the following requirements:

• You have verified your registered email address.
• You have sufficient funds in your account (excluding bonus funds).
• You are not bound by active bonus wagering requirements.
• There are no pending requests for identity documents on your account.

To Make a Withdrawal:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Menu > Wallet > Withdraw.
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method.

We typically process withdrawals within 24 hours, but it may take anywhere from 24 hours to 5 days for the funds to appear in your chosen withdrawal method, depending on the option selected.
